Traditional Taekwon-do Academy (TTA) takes great pleasure in inviting everyone for our 25th Traditional Taekwon-do Academy Championship (Open) 2012 to be held on the 24th & 25th of NOVEMBER 2012 at  THE SUMMIT SUBANG USJ, SUBANG JAYA

It is of the utmost importance that you read, understand and agree to the TTA Championship Charter before participating in the event, so that the spirit of sportsmanship will prevail.

The details, rules and regulations of the Championships are as follows :-

DATE : SATURDAY, 24TH NOVEMBER 2012 (TIME : 8:30AM - 8:00PM)
       SUNDAY, 25TH NOVEMBER 2012 (TIME : 9:00AM - 6:00PM)

VENUE : SUMMIT SUBANG USJ, SUBANG JAYA

ENTRANCE FEES :
 INDIVIDUAL  -  RM 30.00 PER PERSON
         TEAM   -   RM 100.00 PER TEAM
The closing date for all entry forms to be submitted is the 1st of November 2012.
Late entries will not be entertained

All children and adult events will start on the 1st day (24th November 2012)
 


Details for the participation in the Championship are as follows:

           a.       4th Dan and above are not allowed to participate in the above Championship.

 b.       All participants must be above 7 years old on the day of the Championship.

 c.       All White to White-yellow Belts (Individual & Team) are NOT allowed to participate.

 d.       Sparring shoe, glove, groin guard, headgear and mouth guard are compulsory for the free sparring event. 
 The Organizer will not provide any equipments.

 e.        Lower grades are not allowed to perform the higher grades pattern

 f.        Lower weights are not allowed to move to higher weights

 g.       Team Pattern – No mixing of gender

 h.      Organising committee will only entertain the enquiries, complain or dispute regarding the event from 
Team Manager only.

 i.      Judges decisions are final and any protest has to be included with a payment of RM 300.00.  If protest is overruled payment will not be returned.

 j.       The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply to the rules.

 k.      The Organising Committee also has the right to change the rules without prior notice.

 l.       Participants are required to fill in entry forms with consent from their instructors and a manager has to be elected to manage the team.

 m.     The Organising Committee is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death before, during and
 after tournament.

 n.       Events that will be contested are herewith attached.
