ARM Self Defense Classes are held on Sunday evenings at 4pm at the following location :-

C.W. Yeow Traditional Taekwon-do Academy
 No. 11, 2nd Floor,

Malaysia
 
The Gym is well equipped, brightly lit and airy with tatami mat flooring that provides protection against injuries. Mirrors are available to help enhance training for techniques, including focus pads, air shields and kick bags for a good workout.
